The residential hall comprises a number of blocks with 2 blocks consisting of 48 rooms being reserved for visiting faculty and students to The University of the West Indies, participants in symposiums and conferences, sports teams as well as other short term visitors.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with attractive furnishings including a mini refrigerator, single bed, desk and chair.

Residents of each room have access to a comfortably furnished communal space offering a fully-equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with cable television. Convenient living for residents is assured with the availability of free Wi Fi service throughout the complex, a laundromat with concierge service and snack vending machines. The facility also offers a meal plan where residents can have breakfast and dinner for an additional US$16 per day at the nearby Senior Common Room.
