All presenters delivering papers on Amerindian languages must be members in good financial standing of SCL. All presenters delivering papers on non-Caribbean creole languages must must be members in good financial standing of SPCL. This is also a reminder to take 50-100 hard copies of your own handout to the conference. These must be given to the panel chairs before the session. Please also submit your outline/handout to us electronically for our conference records. Please note that all presenters will be expected to submit a full copy of their paper TWO WEEKS after the conference, by 15 August 2008. This will permit presenters to make any desired adjustments to their papers and will give the conference organisers time to make the papers available electronically via the SCL and SPCL Conference CD and/or online (for members only). For phonetic fonts, please use Lucida Sans Unicode or any of the SIL Unicode fonts, e.g., Doulos (available for both PC and Mac), or contact the SCL or SPCL for more information.
